SPENN Mobile Money, operating in the fast-growing sub-Saharan African market, needed a strong, fresh identity to stand out amidst increasing competition. The app and website required a bold rebrand, both visually and functionally, to resonate with its users. The challenge was to craft a new identity and revamp the UX/UI for both the website and mobile application, ensuring a seamless and vibrant user experience while reflecting the brand’s credibility.
Strategic Rebranding Strategy for SPENN Mobile Money
To solve this challenge, we developed a comprehensive rebranding strategy, starting with the creation of a bold new logo, complemented by vibrant colours and strong typography that projects dominance and trust. The UX/UI of the website and mobile application was redesigned with a user-centric approach, focusing on simplicity and ease of use, while introducing a visually appealing, dynamic aesthetic. This included new iconography, an intuitive layout, and an engaging user journey across all touchpoints, including ATL campaigns and social media. The result was a cohesive, credible brand that stood out in the market, resonating with users and driving growth.
